**What you’ll do
- Providing BAU operational support
- Completing tasks related to new merchant onboarding
- Preparing invoices, supporting reports and distributing to Wpay merchants
- Maintain dispute records on Wpay dispute management platform
- Ensure dispute notifications have been distributed to appropriate stakeholders
- Investigate the dispute/chargeback cases; gather evidence where required and submit case for pre-arbitration
- Daily reconciliation of chargeback cases
- Providing support and cover to the Scheme Settlement team and assisting with validating chargebacks
- Adhoc tasks as needed to ensure timely resolution of transaction dispute/chargeback related issuesCompleting tasks related to new merchant onboarding on chargeback management platform

**What you’ll bring
- You will bring passion for learning and a huge drive to succeed and we will provide you with a supportive and collaborative environment to set you up for success. You will have:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role or fresh graduate looking for entry level role in payments
- Experience using Excel/spreadsheet skills, must be comfortable with pivot tables and Vlook up
- Problem solving skill
- Basic understanding of card payment transaction processing would be preferred
- Ability to work with ambiguity and repetitive tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills
