This is an exciting role where you'll be providing a range of quality and performance support to frontline services of the organisation including, identifying process and compliance gaps and areas for continuous improvement.

About you:

- Strong administration proficiency and experience completing high volume administrative tasks.
- Highly organised, including effective time management skills.
- Experience in desktop file auditing and an ability to work independently to timelines.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and an understanding of performance measures.
- Reliability, and a willingness to learn and support organisational continuous improvement.
