An innovative government agency is currently hiring a data analyst with a strong reporting skill to support the performance management and reporting functions of the division by collating, analysing and presenting business information to meet statutory requirements and assist in decision making.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and report on the KPI against business objectives and targets in a range of areas, functions, and business as required.
- Develop, maintain and improve systems to gather the required information to analyse performance indicators, trends and outcomes.
- Identify gaps in the information and participate in the development of strategies to obtain needed information.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Produce regular reports for management on the performance of services and projects.
- Analyse and interpret large amounts of complex data to provide advice on emerging trends and issues.
**To be considered for the role**:
- A degree in a numerate discipline; Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
- At least 2 years' of experience as a reporting analyst
- Solid experience with Excel and PowerBI or Tableau
- Infrastructure project experience is highly regarded
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
