Fourth Child Café & Restaurant are a family run business in the heart of Ipswich CBD. We are looking for a barista/ all-rounder to come and join our team We are open 7 days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner & also hosting functions.

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, passionate individual who enjoys interacting with customers and works well in a team.

**Requirements**:

- Have a positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills
- Professional and reliable with excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instruction
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Show initiative and perform tasks on own
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety requirements, food safety and hygiene.
- RSA is preferable, must be willing to obtain if you do not have one.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Preparing coffee & beverages
- Taking orders and handling cash/ EFTPOS
- Clearing tables and resetting for service
- Cleaning and maintain service areas to food safety standards
- Working within a team environment
- It is essential that applicants are available to work weekends.
- Availability between 6:30am-5pm Monday - Tuesday
- 6:30am-9pm Wednesday - Saturday
- 6:30am-4pm Sunday

**Salary**: $21.64 - $35.96 per hour
