Our **Chermside** store is now seeking a part time, enthusiastic outbound Tele Sales Specialist to join a dedicated team of creative business developers in generating exceptional business.

We are Australia’s largest and fastest growing custom make jeweller. From custom made to our Prêt-à-porter (ready to wear jewellery), we have one of the largest jewellery collections in Australia.

**The Position**:
As an Outbound Tele Sales Specialist, you will drive our team to achieve optimum client engagement. This position focuses on identifying potential leads, engaging contact with prospect clients and nurturing professional relationships to create sales opportunities.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clientele.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the product and pitch it to prospective clients.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
- Updating CRM systems/ Spreadsheets
- Achieve set targets and quality standards.
- Building strong relationships and working towards understanding the customers needs.
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

- Experience in telemarketing or lead generation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and rapport building skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
- Highly motivated Sales assistant that is inspired by results.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong active listening skills with a willingness to learn.
