**Your Role**

**What You’ll Learn & Do**

**_ Legal Support_**
- **Draft and proofread legal documents**:

- **Review and summarise contracts and legal materials**:

- **Conduct legal research and summarise findings**:

- **Prepare correspondence, and court files**:

- **Respond to Court subpoenas**:

- **Attend meetings as needed**:

- **Maintain legal schedules and assist with reporting (including team reports)**

**_Governance Support_**
- **Draft agendas and compile Board papers**:

- **Attend Board meetings and take minutes**:

- **Assist in preparing governance documentation**

**About you**
- **A 3rd or 4th year law student at an Australian university**:

- **Strong communication and research skills**:

- **A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude**:

- **Previous paralegal experience is a plus, but not essential**
