As the PIMS/EMR Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of veterinary practices across Australia and New Zealand by maintaining, improving, and providing user support for our Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS). You will play a key role in technical troubleshooting, data maintenance, and assisting with system conversions and implementations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Technical Support:
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and user training for software platforms, including ezyVet, Vision, RxWorks, Ascend, and OpenVPMS.
- Conduct webinars and maintain strong relationships with software vendors.
- Data Management:
- Assist with data entry and auditing for clinic software systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide consulting services to practices on established systems.
- Software Conversion and Implementation:
- Support clinics transitioning to new software, including project management assistance for conversions to ezyVet or Ascend.
- Administrative Support:
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned by the PIMS Team Leader.
- Contribute to VetPartners’ practice management initiatives and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff and the VetPartners Support Office.
