**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our team at our branch based in Milperra, 2214. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn all facets of the business and fast track your career into account management and asset valuations. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm In this role your key responsibilities would include:

- **Asset Inspector**:

- Accurately enter the make, model and VIN/serial number of all assets into the system, as well as photographing and detailing the assets
- **Gatehouse -** Active involvement gatehouse processes including, allocating asset numbers to incoming assets, checking out assets as they are collected from site and Chain of Responsibility overview and training
- **Forklift **- Complete your competency training in forklift operations. This involves the relocation of salvage vehicles and pallet put-away and removal from warehouse racking
- **Off-site Auction Operations** - On occasion, travel between Pickles Belmore Trucks & Machinery and/or onsite auction operations

Other key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain internal relationships
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to all customers, buyers and vendors
- Run & review key operational PAS reports

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience**:
- Keen interest in auction operations
- Looking to develop a long-term career with Pickles
- Current & valid drivers' license (essential)
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused and able to build strong relationships
- Strong attention to detail and highly motivated
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to use a computer and an iPad
