Slacks Creek, Australia Tile & Bathroom Supermart Full time

This role will give you the opportunity to deliver exceptional service through the whole customer journey of bathroom renovations. Beginning with providing detailed information on all bathroom products, through to providing after sales service. Giving you the chance to make a positive and meaningful connection with our customers.

**The Role**
- Delivering the best customer experience during product selections, closing sales.
- Ensuring the showroom is clean, tidy and presentable.
- Cleaning and tidying of storeroom. Requiring heavy lifting.
- Generating invoices in POS system.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Purchase ordering.
- Assisting with customer collections.
- Receiving customer orders (**may require heavy lifting**).
- Picking customer orders (**may require heavy lifting**).
- Construct, maintain and remove showroom displays as required.
- Opening and closing showroom when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 38 per week

**Salary**: $21.43 - $34.94 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Slacks Creek, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
