**Position Overview**
We are seeking a professional Quality Assurance desktop auditor who reports to the Vendor Assurance Manager. Key to this role will be performing Desk Top Audits (DTA) to ensure the business meets the client requirements. The role includes auditing field technician’s performance ensuring best practices and the clients quality standards are adhered too.
**Key Responsibility include-**
- Conducting audits and inspections to achieve the targets
- Devise actions from audits conducted for current projects to close out.
- Work with clients Quality groups to understand the customer’s quality objectives and requirements
- Identify improvement opportunities for both systems and field performance at team, state, and national level.
- Support QA Team members and staff to ensure appropriate training is provided in the execution of quality assurance and quality control
- Stay at the forefront of quality techniques in the industry and implement innovative solutions
- Support the business with ad-hoc quality requests or other tasks related to quality.
**To be a part of the team we require**:
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance environment.
- Desire to work in a fast paced, small team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to KPIs and a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and clients.
