We are looking for a **Finance Partner, AI Program** to join our Finance & Advice Team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the financial outcomes of our cutting-edge AI program. You will ensure financial transparency, establish robust cost governance, and drive the successful realization of program benefits. By leveraging your expertise in project management and data analysis, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the program’s financial performance and ensuring that key objectives are met effectively and efficiently. **What you’ll do**
- Develop and maintain full transparency of all AI related costs by tracking both one-off project costs and ongoing operational costs aligned to AI use cases.
- Design and embed a robust evidence-based benefits tracking framework to measure AI driven value creation and ensure alignment to financial objectives.
- Integration of AI impacts into plans and forecasts - Ensure AI related costs and benefits are appropriately and transparently embedded into Suncorp’s plans and forecasts.
- Design and deliver effective Power BI semantic models and reports that provide deep, timely insights into Suncorp’s AI investments, costs, and benefits for key stakeholders.
- Ensure that cost recovery processes are robust, automated, and transparent, enabling accurate and efficient allocation of AI related costs to use case owners.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to AI leadership, collaborating with technology, data science, and finance teams to drive financial discipline, governance, and accountability.

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting (or similar) (preferred)
- CPA, CA, or CFA qualification (preferred)
- **Finance Business Partnering** - Proven experience in a finance business partner role, ideally within technology or transformation programs.
- **Financial Analysis & Reporting** - Strong background in financial planning, cost management, and reporting with a complex corporate environment.
- **Benefits Realisation & Performance Tracking** - Track record of designing and embedding financial benefits tracking frameworks for large scale initiatives.
- **Power BI & Data Analytics** - Advanced expertise in Power BI including using data modelling and DAX to drive insights and decision making.
- **Project Investment Appraisal** - Experience in building and assessing the economic / financial merits of business cases.
