We are searching for a **Resource Planner** to join our Norwest Personnel team. This full-time position will be a Monday to Friday role, based at our Belmont head office.

Norwest Personnel is a part of the Norwest Group. Working across the shutdown circuit, we provide crane & rigging skilled labour to various Tier One mining clients. Our expectations of our employees are high, and we strive to upskill and develop strong teams within the business.

**About the Opportunity**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver accurate & quality labour hire solutions, ensuring high level of service
- Coordinate & strategically allocate active talent pool to ensure manning is accurate for current and forecast client shutdowns, projects & rostered works
- Maintain personnel systems & schedules for shutdowns and projects, ensuring open and consistent communication with the active talent pool & client
- Notify Operations and Management on up-to-date information with shutdown and project manning

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar labour hire resourcing role within the shutdown industry
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
- Crane & Rigging labour knowledge deemed highly advantageous
- Mining mobilisation & compliance knowledge is highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
