**About the Role**

As an ESG Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of our ESG strategy. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive environmental, waste and recycling management as well as steering our reconciliation program, contributing to our vision of sustainable logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Team Global Express ESG strategy, with a specific focus on environmental management.
- Lead the coordination and operationalisation of the Team Global Express Reconciliation Program, including the Reconciliation Employee Resource Group and key Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) initiatives.
- Coordinate and operationalise the Team Global Express Waste Reduction and Recycling Program, including mandatory reporting for Australian Packaging Covenant obligations, leading the Waste Reduction and Recycling Working Group, and implementing key waste reduction and recycling Working Group, and implementing key waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
- Provide strategic, tactical, and operational advice to the business regarding ESG performance, best practices and risk management.
- Act as a department delegate and advocate on various projects, offering professional advice to key stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical specialist, delivering ESG planning and services aligned with legislation, policy and business requirements.
- Collaborate and contribute to the inclusion of ESG content within bid and tender responses.
