- Superior knowledge & Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint, Smart Sheet and SharePoint are desired.
- Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required.
- Exceptional Analytical skills and an ability to create consolidated reports from multiple sources to provide consolidated and reconciled data views and intelligent data insights.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.

The APJ Commercial Operations Field Effectiveness Team is responsible for driving field readiness and field productivity for the APJ Field community, both our Sales and Technical community. We do this through the creation of effective training and development strategies, Field Engagement and communication strategies and through creation and management of key business mechanisms and sales tools.

Key job responsibilities
- Schedule and manage a variety of tasks aligned to the execution of virtual and in person enablement programs across the APJ Region. This includes the following tasks:

- Building a program execution plan and calendar for programs
- Managing multiple cohorts across multiple activities, through set up of platform, administration of platform tasks, reconciliation of task completion.
- Managing attendee registration and communication associated to scheduled programs
- Managing overall reporting requirements associated to registration, attendance and program feedback.
- Deep diving into program data to identify insights and recommendations.
- Building and managing a training calendar for programs based on attendee forecasting
- Managing content updates for internal websites, ensuring information is relevand and up-to-date.
- Managing effective and on time employee communications associated to programs or enablement journeys.
- Skills in Asana or Project Management tools
- Skills producing virtual events using video conferencing platforms such as Webex including breakout rooms
