**About the role**

As the **Membership Consultant**, you will be a crucial member of the team and your primary focus will be attracting and engaging new members into the club. You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. You must be comfortable in sales processes and calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them to stop in to see our club. This position will have a minimum 10 hours per week, on average.

- Proven sales experience
- Networking within the local business community

- High level of integrity in line with club terms and conditions
- Can-do attitude
- Certificate III in Fitness will be highly regarded
- Senior First Aid (Level 2) - HLTAID003 and CPR - HLTCPR211A
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
