**About the role**
We’re looking for a talented and hands-on **Visual Merchandiser** to support our **Miranda and Liverpool** stores. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high visual standards that define Habitania, ensuring our stores continue to inspire customers and maximise sales.

Reporting to the VM Manager, you’ll be responsible for the visual execution and maintenance of both stores, working closely with the Store Managers to bring the brand to life through engaging, creative, and commercially driven merchandising.

**Key responsibilities**
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across both stores to align with brand direction
- Create inspiring and shoppable displays that reflect our seasonal and core ranges
- Take ownership of store layouts, windows, and product placement to maximise sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Store Managers to plan and adapt displays based on local trends and stock levels
- Train and coach in-store teams on visual standards and display techniques
- Provide feedback and reporting on store presentation, stock opportunities, and improvements
- Support key promotional and seasonal setups (including Christmas and other major campaigns)

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Proven experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role, ideally in homewares, fashion, or lifestyle retail
- Strong creative flair and commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence in working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
- A proactive, adaptable attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Your own vehicle and valid driver’s licence (travel between stores required)
- The capability to safely lift and move stock for display setup
- A qualification in Visual Merchandising or Design (highly regarded, but not essential)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.51 - $44.41 per hour
