We are looking for Passionate **Educators** to join our Preston Campus

INSPIRE Early Learning Journey is a premium quality, early childhood education campus for children between 6 months to 6 years of age. We offer the Baby, Toddler to Cycle 1 Montessori program and provide our children with the best teaching quality and programs.

Key duties for the position include:

- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, carers and other team members
- Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all time

Skills and Experience:

- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
