We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our established specialist practices in Canberra Embrace Orthodontists is Canberra's most experienced Invisalign provider with a wealth of knowledge from our senior principal orthodontist and experienced team. We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible experience and outcome for our patients; utilising the latest technology in three amazing practices at Belconnen, Manuka and Gungahlin. Seeking permanent part-time person to work between locations with possibility for full-time employment. Plenty of opportunity for continued growth with one of the most established orthodontists in the region. Dental assisting is preferred but not essential Orthodontic focused assisting and lab duties including: - General chairside assisting - Clinic/ lab housekeeping - Sterilising of equipment **Cert 3 or 4 Dental Assisting Preferred** Successful Applicants will have the following: - Have exceptional organisational and communication skills - Have a professional presentation - Caring and "patient-focused" ensuring service and personalised patient care is a priority - A good understanding of the dental industry is preferred but not a necessity **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 32 per week **Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Belconnen, ACT 2617: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Dental Assistant: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: One location
