Aldinga, Australia St Louis Aged Care Full time

We are seeking multiple NDIS support workers to join our dedicated team at St Louis Homes at our soon to be opened brand new luxury home on the Esplanade at **Aldinga.**

**About the Role**:
We have multiple positions available, including:

- Casual
- Permanent Part Time
- Permanent Full Time
- Night Shift (11pm - 7am)

As a **Support Worker**, you will work under the support and guidance of our Dementia Care Specialists and be part of a dedicated client-focused team, you will have genuine connections and actively engage with our clients in all aspects of daily living including, personal care, domestic duties, meals, social activities, and community participation.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A person-centred approach to support people in their daily living
- Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours, will be an advantage
- Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts.

**Essentials**:

- Covid-19 and Flu 2024 Vaccination and ongoing boosters are a requirement.
- National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
