**The Role**
You will be reporting to the Boutique Director and working alongside a dynamic team. Your key focus areas will be achieving both your financial and KPI targets, providing exceptional customer service to all clientele (CRM) and sustaining after-sales relationships with all VIP clientele.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the boutique's visual appearance, stocktaking duties and sales administration.

**Skills & Experience**
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have come from a retail/customer service background with experience in a premium, luxury retail or hospitality environment.
You will be sales focused and have exceptional customer service skills.

**Benefits**
You will be working on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
