**Description**:
About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Database Administrator specialising in Raiser's Edge to oversee the management, maintenance and optimisation of our donor and fundraising database system. The role will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our donor information, as well as maximising the efficiency of our fundraising efforts.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:
Generate data reports and queries to support campaigns, donor management and fundraising strategies.
Ensure data integrity, hygiene and accuracy through regular update, cleaning, validation, and deduplication processes.
Establish, document and implement standards, protocols and procedures for data entry and update, gift processing and receipting, and reporting.
Provide training and support to staff on the effective use of Raiser's Edge.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Requirements**:
3 years minimum as a Database Administrator with Raiser's Edge, ideally in a non-profit or fundraising environment.
Advanced computer literacy, including RE Database View and NXT and Microsoft Excel.
Strong proficiency in database management, including data import and export, workflows, reporting, configuration, troubleshooting and integration with other platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support staff on database operations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
