We're helping shape the future of the proptech and real estate industry - and we want you to be a part of it. **About the role** Property management is an operationally intensive business, but we make it efficient and scalable by combining powerful tech with an incredibly customer-focused operations team. That's our unique advantage. We design and build all of our own technology, so we can align it to the ideal operational processes to create a great service for our customers. We're looking for someone comfortable with owning design projects end-to-end: domain knowledge research problem definition co-designing with cross functional team members iterating & testing solutions -> designing final screens working with engineers through delivery feedback loops on what you've shipped. You'll work with a cross-functional team of a product manager, engineers, Operations and Growth managers to solve real problems and bring those solutions to life. As any startup is, we're looking for all-rounders who want to grow with us and are up for diving in and getting things done, and even rolling up your sleeves to dig into other areas of the business. What product design is can vary from any company you talk to.
