Our beautiful Melbourne Emporium boutique is looking for their next ASM. Lead alongside the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding Jac + Jack Customer Experience in a beautiful brand environment.

- Set the standard for customer service and sales for the team.
- Work with the store manager to set weekly/monthly sales targets that motivate and inspire the team.
- Assist in building a roster that fosters team development and the best operational support for the store
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a way that ensures loyalty and positive brand engagement.
- Deliver on outstanding results through development of store-level initiatives and staff training
- Own your stock, through constant education, connection with the design team, and managing inventory to achieve targets
- Lead by example, planning and implementing self-development plans in addition to staff training and performance plans
- Execute annual store level events in partnership with marketing team
- Ensure visual merchandising effectively speaks to the Jac + Jack brand and the inspiration behind each collection
- Ensure store, team and product presentation is consistently immaculate
- Provide precise and productive feedback directly to product team regarding weekly product drops, customer feedback, and local needs
- Contribute to weekly business analysis, providing information to HO to understand performance, as well as key actions to continue working toward store targets
- Where required, take part in Weekly Conference calls with the ability to analyse the business, make observations and provide constructive solution driven feedback to other managers and the Co Founders
