Warehouse Runner

Your mission: keep the production line flowing without interruption. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Keep the Line Moving**: Your top priority is ensuring the Production Team never stops. Downtime is the enemy
- **Hamper Coordination**: Manage all ingredients and components for each hamper SKU. Communicate clearly with the Production Manager, 2IC, and fellow runners.
- **Schedule Execution**: Work closely with the Production Manager to follow the weekly production schedule and adapt to any last-minute changes.
- **Ingredient Accuracy**: Ensure all ingredients have matching dates and quantities. Report discrepancies immediately.
- **Prep for Table Runners**: Confirm all hamper components are picked and ready for the Table Runners.
- **Daily Setup**: Organise SHP & FLD teams and stock pallet racking with the day’s hamper SKU packaging.
- **Ribbon Readiness**: Maintain ribbon stock levels—excess is stored in the Production Room pallet racking.
- **Smooth Transitions**: Track ingredient usage to ensure seamless SKU changeovers.
- **Issue Escalation**: Flag any problems with the Production Manager urgently.
- **Pallet Management**: Keep pallets tidy and ingredients organised by layer for easy inventory handling.
- **Staging Coordination**: Work with the Inventory Controller to prep new ingredients at least one hour before SKU completion.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and support Table Runners to keep the team fully stocked and ready.
- **Finished Goods Handling**: Remove, shrink-wrap, and label finished goods pallets accurately. Move them to designated areas.
- **Packaging & Label Coordination**: Communicate with IC and PM to ensure timely packaging and label availability.
- **Equipment Use**: Confident operation of electric pallet jacks and walkie stackers is essential.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Experience with electric pallet jacks and walkie stackers
- Safety vest and boots must be worn at all times
