Overview of the Role

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION MUST HAVE**:
Proven experience in processing a high volume of warranty claims

Able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies across a wide range of manufactures

Working closely with the service team to ensuring correct steps are taken for a successful claim submission.

Adhering to manufacturers checklists and quality control standards

A team player who is focused on providing a high level of data accuracy

Keep up to date with mandatory factory training

Excellent communication skills oral & written.

Be mature, punctual with a strong work ethic.

Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused

A current drivers licence
