**Mahlab Publishing** is one of the agency’s core service divisions, producing world-class content for industry and member bodies across a wide range of professions. Our clients include the Institute of Public Accountants, the Australian HR Institute, Engineers Australia and the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an organisational superstar to join us in this newly created role. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with the opportunity to work from home and in our office in Balmain, Sydney.

**We are looking for** an energetic, motivated and organised Advertising Sales Coordinator to work within our Advertising team, supporting them in all aspects of the sales process. This will include identifying new leads, developing proposals, securing inventory in our booking system, executing campaigns across print and digital platforms and post-campaign reporting.

**The ideal person**:

- Will have an interest in Advertising Sales and is keen to immerse themselves in the world of media sales and specific B2B industries.
- Has 1-2 years experience supporting a sales team and coordinating commercial campaigns across multiple formats, channels and platforms.
- Has the ability to self-manage with exceptional planning, prioritising and time management skills.
- Has a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Enjoys supporting a team and making things easier for those around you.
- Is energetic, proactive and motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Can demonstrate drive, determination and an appetite for success and progression.
- Enjoys staying up to date with industry trends and other factors affecting our clients’ industries.

**The day to day**:
You will support the Advertising Sales team to achieve their targets by assisting them with identifying prospects, developing commercial opportunities, writing proposals, managing inventory bookings in our CRM Ad Sales Genius (ASG), setting campaigns live, and generating insights-led post-campaign reports.
- Creating lists of prospective target accounts and contacts.
- Be the first point of contact for all administration related enquiries from existing and new advertisers.
- Send ad material reminders and follow up clients to supply required artwork.
- Ensure all advertisements are in place for e-newsletters, print magazines and websites.
- Ensure all advertising data, insert briefs and quantity data is received and filed on time.
- Produce and provide accurate, well-presented, insights-led sales reports to advertisers and agencies.
- Contribute to the ideation and development of new, innovative solutions, commercial opportunities and processes.
