**About the role**

Carer’s Network are in search for a Personal Care Assistant who has experience in supporting clients with behaviours of concern, psycho-social disabilities and complex mental health. Every day will be different as you will be taking our clients out into the community and to appointments, assisting with duties around the house and ensuring that their daily lifestyle needs are met.

Experience in the following is essential:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years in Mental Health, Disability or Home and Community Care.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in working with challenging behaviours and have a strong willed and positive approach when faced with these challenges.
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care to our clients and make sure that their individual needs are met.
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal, problem solving and great communication skills.
