**Creating the best guest experiences for guests throughout for a well recognised restaurant in one of the Peninsulas leading retreats. A goal oriented individual, who is setting high benchmarks for operations and quality control to be recognised in Australian's hospitality industries.**
Reporting to the new appointed restaurant manager
Working closely with F&B staff & kitchen in performance & standards
Liaising with the celebrity chef for feedback on the menus and product
Able managing teams with clear objectives throughout outlet
Crucial implementation of staff moral & motivation
Implementing service & delivery procedures
Clear understanding of F&B products
Providing‘on the job’ staff training development
Comfortable in beverage costs and rosters
Working to budgets and cost control
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
