**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Structural Draftsperson with **5-10 years** of experience to join our team full-time. You will work closely with our senior drafting manager and engineers to create detailed, high-quality structural documentation.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Create and coordinate detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret sketches and ensure drawings meet design specifications
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage your time effectively to deliver high-quality drawings within project timelines

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: 5-10 years of practical drafting experience in a structural design engineering consultancy
- Qualifications: Engineering Diploma or relevant certificates in structural/civil engineering (preferred but not required)
- Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
