**We’re Hiring for Multiple Positions**

We are expanding our team at our new take-away café in **Young, NSW**. If you have a passion for great food, excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Available Positions**:
**Barista / All Rounder / Front of House / Sandwich Hand**
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and simple food items (e.g., breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches).
- Provide excellent customer service and handle orders.
- Manage POS system and merchant facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Follow health and safety procedures.

**Supervisor / Manager**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure top-tier customer service.
- Manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and labor costs.
- Drive profitability by controlling costs and achieving target margins.
- Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and espresso machine use.
- Manage POS system and merchant facility.
- Train staff on service, food handling, and coffee standards.
- Enforce policies, maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Quickly address operational issues to minimize disruptions.
- Assist with food preparation (breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches).

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or take-away environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time or permanent part-time.
- Casual
