Front End Loader Operator

**About us**

The Burdett Group is a family-owned business operating in Victoria over 40 years.

We operate a number of quarries and wholesale yards in South East suburbs and are seeking an experienced operator to perform Sales loader for our Lang Lang Quarry or Cranbourne wholesale yard.

We have 140 employees and a fleet of up to 70 well maintained Trucks.

This position is for afternoon shift **Monday - Friday. 2.00pm - 10.00pm** with optional overtime.

Primary work will be loading dry screening plant and loading sales trucks.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Front End Loader (LL) license essential (due to isolation in role)
- Experience in a similar role desirable.
- PPE uniforms supplied.
- Previous experience in Sales Loading is highly regarded.
- Grade 3 Afternoon Shift & Night Shift rates apply.
- ‘Can do’ attitude and team player
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximising the effective manufacture is an advantage but not essential

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Compliance with OH&S policies, procedures and legislation, which includes participation in site safety meetings.
- Labouring duties as required Daily & Project Maintenance on all Equipment.
- Ability to work unsupervised or in a team environment
- Must have work rights to work in Australia
