**_Interchange Australia is an award-winning care provider enabling people to live independently. Interchange Australia has been providing services for over 30 years to people living in South West Sydney, Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands._**

Interchange Australia is offering employment to people passionate about supporting people with disability, people who are older and other eligible people to recuperate from and/or prevent hospital admission and/or to remain living in their own homes. The successful applicants will be professional, flexible and willing to travel within their respective areas.

**Due to continual growth,** **Interchange Australia** **currently has vacancies based out of Bowral and surrounds. If you are a Domestic superstar, we are looking for you to join our team.**

The responsibilities of the position will be:

- Domestic Service
- Available school hours 9am -3pm Monday-Friday
- Working Within a Person-Centred Framework
- Ability to Work Towards Client-Centred Goals
- Working within the NDIS and Aged Care Framework

**_Essential Requirements: _**
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination with 3 vaccinations
- WWCC
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS orientation orientation module
- First Aid Certificate
- Minimum P2 (Green) Driver Licence
- Reliable and Comprehensively Insured Vehicle
- Smart Phone
