**About the opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Fountain Gate Melbourne Victoria and be apart of our STORE LAUNCH IN March 2025

In this role, you will be responsible for the Management of the retail store, while leading the team to deliver a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead, support and motivate your retail team
- Maintain your store loss prevention KPI's
- Ensure your store rosters are planned effectively
- Work with L&D on training and upskilling your team with the latest brand and product knowledge
- Oversee the store operation

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you have
- Previous experience managing an A/A+ grade retail store in the hair and or beauty industry
- Managed a retail team of 6 or more
- Strong customer service skills with great sales results or examples to share
- A naturally organised person who believes a clean, well merchandised store is the key to success
- Worked in delivering Loss Prevention KPI's, Visual Merchandising initiatives
- Seeking career development in a fun, supportive and growing business
