Opportunity to join this large government body as a Change Manager/Lead supporting the delivery of a large business program of work. This role is key to ensuring that changes driven by technology, processes, operating model, corporate strategy and government directives are successfully adopted and embedded, with mínimal disruption to the organisation, its people and stakeholders.

**Key activities**
- Lead the effective design, implementation and evaluation of change management activities and strategic approach including deliverables such as: cases for change, change impact assessment, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder and communications plans, training plans and transition plans
- Drive positive change behaviours and outcomes by coaching and influencing executives and senior leaders to affect successful change outcomes for those leading, sponsoring and being impacted by changeManage change impact assessment and scoping to determine when additional change resources are required to support specific initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders and coordinate internal expertise in the design and delivery of bespoke change initiatives by influencing leaders to ensure appropriate change management activities are undertaken to maximise change adoption

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in leading and managing change in large and complex organisations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and proposals, and their value to target audiences
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff, senior leadership teams, external vendors and providers
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly and gain a reputation as a trusted advisor
- Strategic thinking, with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in providing advice and support to leaders through organisational change
