**The Role**:
With a number of planning and development systems brought together in a single ePlanning platform for all of South Australia, this role will provide ongoing technical support to PlanSA’s customer base and contributes to PlanSA IT solutions, including providing consultation, deploying system releases, analysing and developing enhancements and fixes, performing maintenance tasks and system monitoring, unit testing, and documentation.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:

- Well-developed experience in supporting multi browser Applications and Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
- Well-developed experience in both cloud base and non-cloud base SQL databases (MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server).
- Well-developed experience in updating creating and updating SQL queries.
- Knowledge of workflow solutions including APPIAN Business Process Management.
- Knowledge of System Development and support Methodologies (SDCL, Agile Development and ITIL).

**Qualification**:

- Completion of APPIAN training (minimum Associate Developer certification) (desirable)

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO6 - $98,478 min - $104,165 max
