**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with guests to create a welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines and all health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality and speed.
- We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced FOH Supervisor to join our team
- Leading and supporting FOH staff during service
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer experience
- Managing bookings, floor plans, and customer flow
- Training and mentoring junior team members
- Liaising with the kitchen and management team to maintain service standards

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous hospitality and supervisory experience (minimum 1-2 years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, calm and positive approach under pressure
- RSA certified (essential)
- Minimum 1 **year** of bartending experience in a high-volume venue.
- **Strong knowledge of classic and modern Mexican cocktails, wines, and spirits**.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
