**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated skills in cleaning;
- Fantastic customer service skills;
- Ability to work on your own;
- Good communication skills both written, interpersonal, and verbal;
- A common-sense approach to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of yourself and clients;
- Willing and able to keep up with the physical demands of a cleaning role;
- Current Australian driver's license.
- ABN and be GST registered;
- Be a sole trader or a company with all equivalent insurance;
- Have all equipment and transport needed to complete jobs;
- A team of no more than **4 people.**

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
