**Key Responsibilities/Expectations**
- To assist the National WHS, National Quality Managers and field personnel team in meeting the work health & safety and quality strategic objectives.
- Providing HS&E performance data and analysis together with recommendations to drive improvements in WHSE achievement in the assigned geographic area.
- Provide oversight of field line management practices to ensure all incidents are investigated and recorded, that relevant incident causal/contributing factors have been identified and that corresponding preventative actions have been developed, implemented and monitored for effectiveness.
- Conduct regular HS&E inspections and audits including supplier and the company.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support - Role model the HSE Culture by confronting and managing risk and quality.
- Systems & Governance - Look for opportunities to improve the accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of standards, guidelines, policies and process, and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
- Training - Develop internal HSE Training packages. Facilitate and co-facilitate delivery of HSE Training packages.
- Management System - Ensure that project (Managed Services) HSE plans support the strategic direction of the project;

**Key Requirements and Competencies**
- 5+ Years HSE/WHS Related Experience
- Telco HSE Project/Company Experience
- Skilled in Risk Management and Incident Investigation (ICAM)
- Practical Installation and Troubleshooting, and field-based experience
- Leadership Competencies (Integrity, Enabler, Excellence, Enterprise, Leadership)
- HSE Related certifications is a plus
