**Bartender - Stella Bar and Restaurant**

An exciting hospitality venue in Melbourne, is after a couple of talented and experienced bartenders.

We are a Euro style dining venue, focused on classic Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Featuring an exclusive private cellar function room, modern ambient dining across two levels and a sleek and sophisticated roof top bar, offering excellence in dining and bar service across 4 levels.

**The Position**

The Bartender will work closely and flexibly with the Beverage Manager and the Venue Manager to deliver a European inspired restaurant and bar experience that will bring together an A-class traditional, streamlined service in a vibrant and lively setting.
- Demonstrated experience as Bar Staff in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
- Wine knowledge advantageous
- Drive for beverage service
- Passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation
- Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
- Must have RSA certificate

**To Be Successful You will Have**:

- 2 year minimum experience in Bartender of a venue, of similar size and complexity.
- A strong work ethic and desire to work and excel within a fast paced and exciting work environment
- Exceptional service skills and naturally guest focused
- Ability and adaptability to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation
- Valid RSA certificate
- Available to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
