**The role**:
Snooze **Macgregor** is on the lookout for an experienced **Store Manager** - a sales-driven, detail-oriented leader who’s ready to inspire and guide an established team to success

This** full-time** position requires rostering to work on weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead and inspire a motivated team in a bustling store environment
- Oversee daily store operations with an eye for detail, delivering with consistency
- Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to your team members
- Ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in managing and motivating a team
- Retail experience is a plus
- Confidence and proficiency in using technology
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Leadership qualities with the ability to foster strong relationships within your team
- Experience in completing detailed administration, such as managing purchase orders and invoicing
- Physical stamina to stay active on the sales floor and occasionally handle heavy stock
