At Altis, we’re empowering women for are passionate about technology and data to challenge what’s possible together.

**What is DevelopHer?**

**Overview**
DevelopHer was designed and created by Altis back in 2020 to bridge the gender gap in STEM.
The DevelopHer program aims to facilitate and empower women, enabling them to unlock their untapped potential in today's data-driven society and bridge the gender gap in the IT industry. We create an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages women to leverage their innate curiosity and make a significant impact in the world of Data & Analytics.

Through our comprehensive resources and continuous tailoring, we have designed a robust DevelopHer program that offers targeted training courses and certifications, that will enable you to confidently move into the field of STEM with the required knowledge and skill sets. Whilst we continue to invest in your technical skills we also offer an established soft skills/ professional skills program that is hosted in house by our internal coach.

The DevelopHer program provides focused support for women regardless of career stage, including returning mothers and women who have had a career break, as well as female graduates or those completing internships in STEM giving you every opportunity for growth and development whilst igniting your passion for Data along the way.

Throughout the program you will be assigned a mentor and have access to an internal coach to support and guide you through your journey. The continued support will carry on past the completion of DevelopHer.

**Purpose**
The purpose of this program is “Empowering women to Ignite their passion for data”, alongside bridging the gender gap within the IT industry.

**Do I meet the requirements?**

**The Program**
Over a program of up to 8 weeks, you will undertake an individually tailored training program where you will see yourself undertake the self-paced, structured training guided by your female mentor to jumpstart your career as a Data and Analytics Consultant. Once completed, your career as an Altis Consultant begins

**Application process?**
- This will be a combination of a technical and cultural interview determining your alignment to Altis.

**Please note - Applications will close on the 15th of November and offers will be sent on the 16th of December.**
