Retail In-store and Online Assistant Manager

**We are looking for a retail assitant manager to manage our online and in store business. We are located in Kings Park. You are required to have a previous job experience and knowledge about online platforms like Amazon, Ebay, Catch and Kogan.**

**Your Roles**:
**- welcoming customers, answering their questions and helping them find products that meet their needs**

**- describing product features and benefits to help customers make purchasing decisions**

**- arranging products on shelves according to visual merchandising standards**

**- replenishing stock when needed and maintaining a well-stocked store**

**- processing product returns or refunds**

**- point-of-sale duties, such as processing cash, card or online sales**

**- meeting sales targets**

**- keeping the store tidy and well presented**

**The requirements**:
**- strong written and verbal communication skills**

**- strong interpersonal skills**

**- outstanding customer service skills**

**- flexibility and a willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays**

**- ability to work as part of a team**

**- good computer literacy**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
