We are seeking a talented individual to join our Change and Transformation team at Mercer. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**PMO Analyst**

The PMO Analyst role is crucial to the efficient delivery of a major strategic program. The PMO Analyst supports project delivery, including best practice standards and guidance, reporting and insights, monitoring and control, resource management, risk and issue management, document management and quality assurance.

12-month contract

**We will count on you to**:

- Establish and maintain key data for all workstreams within the Program
- Analyse and co-ordinate program level tracking against performance indicators
- Program level reporting on schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and benefits
- Provide reporting packs for presentation to Executives
- Manage inputs and outputs to ensure it remains current and accurate
- Establish cadence for reporting inputs and outputs with Delivery Stream Leads, Business Leads, and other stakeholders as required, ensuring a calendar for key deliverables is maintained
- Critically review status of milestones and streams, consolidate data for reporting purposes and provide insights
- Support the PMO Hub Leader to develop and maintain best practice frameworks
- Monitor and measure compliance to standards
- Provide reporting support to Hub Lead

**What you need to have**:

- Extensive PMO experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- High proficiency in MS Office 365 and MS Office 365 Online (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Planner, Project, and preferably PowerBI)
- High proficiency in SharePoint
- Analytical and problem solving
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, including managers and executives, SMEs and consultants
- Practical knowledge of project delivery lifecycles, methodologies, and governance practices, as well as experience with Project Portfolio Management tools
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences and build constructive relationships at all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
