ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to Therapy Alliance Group’s continued growth an amazing opportunity is available to support the CEO and their direct reports. As the EA to the CEO you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient support to the CEO and Management team where required. Responsibilities will be diverse in nature, making for a dynamic and exciting role. Success will be achieved by having strong business acumen and the ability to work in a rapidly-changing environment. This role is a true operational hybrid role, if you like variety and want to be immersed in the full gamut of business operations this role is for you This role is a key link in supporting TAG business operational areas to meet required objectives and requires the highest level of ethical behaviour, confidentiality and discretion.

Your key responsibilities and duties will include but not limited too:

- Providing high level quality and timely administrative support to the CEO.
- Screening and effectively responding to enquiries on behalf of the CEO and their direct reports.
- Supporting the CEO and their direct reports through appointment and calendar management by proactively organising and preparing meeting bookings, minutes, agendas, presentation and training materials.
- Gathering information for reporting progress towards organisational Objectives and Key Results, and Key Performance Indicators, goals and any follow up actions arising at meetings on behalf of the CEO and their direct reports including keeping everyone abreast of deadlines.
- Assisting the CEO and their direct reports in the design and drafting of documents, spreadsheets, internal and external correspondence and other workflow related materials.
- Coordinating, researching and providing administrative support in a variety of projects as well as liaising internally and externally with key stakeholders for all aspects of TAG’s business operations.
- Providing reception, digital filing and general administrative support as required.
- Designing, creating, and delivering promotional materials and social media content for TAG and its related businesses.
- Providing feedback, suggestions and implementation ideas for process improvement ideas, particularly organisational efficiencies in how the CEO and their direct reports currently operate.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Extensive experience in supporting a manager and/or senior executive, ideally in a business or health/disability environment.
- Experience working across an organisation with excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the business
- Social media, branding and/or marketing experience with the ability to utilise different platforms to increase brand awareness, promote events and share news would be highly regarded
- Highly proficient computer skills for documents, spreadsheets and presentations (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional support with respect to sensitive business matters
- Demonstrated attention to detail and continued follow through in order to achieve agreed outcomes
