Tyre & Wheel Technician, Suspension Expert - Cranbourne West

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Wheel & Tyre Technician to join our tyre and wheel business in Cranbourne West.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Fitting and changing wheels & tyres with precision and care
- Performing wheel balancing and alignments
- Perform expert suspension work: lowering, lifting, coilovers, airbags
- Diagnose & fix suspension problems
- Operate hoists and workshop equipment safely
- Assist with wheel & tyre fitting when needed

Who We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with suspension systems
- Knowledge of different suspension setups and geometry
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about cars
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, professional workshop
- Installing lift kits and suspension upgrades
- Handling tyres of all sizes (cars, SUVs, 4x4s, performance vehicles)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in tyre and wheel fitting (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of wheel balancing, alignments, and suspension modifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about automotive work
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
