Requirement:

- Available to work nights and weekends with a fixed roster
- Customer service driven and passionate about hospitality, food and our industry
- Experienced in cash handling and food handling.
- An excellent communicator with charisma and standout interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy with glowing references
- Self-motivated and hands on
- Responsible, with to go attitude.
- Making shakes, waffles and sending food.

**Duties**:

- Ensuring food is served with utmost hygiene and smile.
- Setting up Front as required and ensuring dining area is clean at all times.
- Coordinate and maintain the quality/hygiene of the restaurant and equipment’s.
- Ensuring daily checklist is completed and cleaning rosters is adhered to.
- Ensure company compliance of all OH&S/WH&S requirements including kitchen cleanliness and staff/customer safety
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs

To be successful in the above roles you will:

- Min 6 months of relevant employment experience in a similar role
- Previous customer service experience
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment with high pressure
- Produce quality product with exceptional presentation
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and have flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
- Have excellent personal hygiene and presentation
