We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to join our retail team, in our Flagship store in Sydney Town Hall (at Hilton Hotel). You will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by providing excellent service and product recommendations.

**Your responsibilities here would be**:

- Providing expert advice on various beauty products and brands
- Assisting customers in their buying journey from trying on products to making a purchase
- Building strong relationships with customers to improve their shopping experience and increase sales
- Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store and contributing to a positive team environment
- Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and goals

**Requirements**:

- **Must have Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics store**
- **Permanent Resident in Australia / No limited working hours**
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and its products
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail
- Experience in store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and retail operations
- Experience in staff rostering and managing team schedules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 5 years (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)
