Relevant years of experience:
- **A minimum 5-10 years proven experience in Coordinating Major Incident Management remediation/restoration**:
- **MIM Subject knowledge is of high priority**:
- Service Operations in complex enterprise technology environments.
- Engagement with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience in retail or logistics.
- Experience and advanced usage of ServiceNow ITSM.
- Shift timing (JD shows 24*7 roster):
- Business hours will be Monday to Friday 9-17 AEST
- On-call mobile - shift rotation - awarded additional to the contractor day rate.
- Job location:
- **Minimum 60% office time shared between both locations - 3 days per week.**:
- **Mulgrave VIC - KMART AUSTRALIA LIMITED**:
- **Williams Landing VIC - Target Australia**
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
