**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an engaging customer experience, ensuring team alignment with quality service.
- Manage logistics and job allocation to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
- Handle service calls and queries, providing timely resolutions.
- Lead and drive team performance through effective management of labour and overtime hours.
- Champion continuous improvement, optimisation, safety, and sales activity.
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve objectives.
- Conduct investigations, escalate issues, and report to management as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Strong ability to build and deliver on customer relationships.
- High levels of emotional intelligence and leadership accountability.
- Proven business acumen in a similar role.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office.

**Salary and Benefits**:

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
