We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference. Based in Mornington, Frankston, Dromana and surrounding suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

You will be required to assist clients with support in their home and support their need for independence as well as accessing the wider community. As a support worker you will assist our clients to build their capacity and direct them to achieve their goals which may include goals that work toward obtaining and maintaining employment.
- Has a Positive Attitude and is an Active Listener
- Has experience with Disability Care / Aged Care
- Has excellent verbal and written skills
- Has a detailed approach to keeping records
- Has a Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening Check and Police Check **(or willing to obtain)**
- Has a current driver’s license and a means of transportation **(driving is essential in this role)**
- Multilingual
